Failure Defined

Failure defined is omission of expected or required actions.  As pioneers, failure is a part of the journey.  Going where others have not gone before and paving the way requires moxie and risk.  There are no road maps, instructions, or directions.  With that being said, there lies great room for error.  However, that error does not have to stop you.  Let it empower you.

Inventor (of the lightbulb) Thomas Edison was no stranger to failure. He once said, “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”  The key to overcoming failure is “Don’t give up”.  Keep going.  Within you are the solutions to real world problems.  It is imperative that you pick yourself back up after failure and forge ahead.

Another word of wisdom from Mr. Edison states, “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up.  The most certain way to succeed is ALWAYS to try just one more time.”  You can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you.  With God on your side, nothing is impossible.  The difference between average people and achieving people is their response to failure.

If you are afraid of failing you will never get started.   Look at failure as not the end but as just the beginning.  You are closer to your achievement now, than you were when you started.  Keep growing and keep going.  It’s a good time to be you!
