Confidence is a powerful word and a powerful mindset. Philippians 1:6 encourages us, “being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
You are a good work. What God has begun in you, He is faithful to finish it. You are capable of doing more than you realize. The first thing you must conquer is yourself. By doing so, God’s good work becomes more and more visible in you.
Confidence has no competition. It thrives on honesty and integrity. It is honored and respected. It fulfills obligations with an unselfish performance. It does not need attention, acceptance, or recognition. Confidence knows its own abilities and appreciates the abilities of others.
So, be confident of God’s good work in you. Keep looking up. It’s a good time to be you!
